Press Operator -
Read, understand & comply with DWI (Detailed Work Instructions) for the part being run. Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction. Complete Operator Production Sheet (Form FPR-01). Process and Inspect parts as instructed/per DWI. Comply with all company procedures and policies. Report for work, clock in at scheduled time and be at work station on time. Maintain clean and organized work area. Help rework parts as needed. Maintain break room, restrooms, parking facilities and ground. Honor break time allotment (includes travel time to and from press). Maintain professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors and management. Assist in giving breaks as informed by auxiliary or supervisor. Able to run all presses. Meet quota of parts as required by production. Adhere to all OJT/ DWI given for all parts. Assist in doing re-work of parts and re-packing as instructed by the. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. supervisor. Be able to lift 40 Lbs. Stand for at least 8 hours. Be able to repetitively clip and trim plastic parts for the duration of my 8-hour shift.
Quality Auditor -
Responsible for quality of the parts made on their designated shift. Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction. Assist in training of Press Operators. Assures operators have read, understand and signed DWI (Daily Work Instructions). Assures that obsolete instructions at work stations are removed. Assures that operators are placing labels on boxes correctly. Approve initial production parts prior to production start-up (Dimensional, aesthetic, color, packaging, labeling, etc). Ensure boundary sample(s) are made and are at operator work station and that operators are familiar with them. Communicates and works with Process Technicians and Supervisor to assure that high quality parts are being produced. Perform and document SPC data collection including charting. Inspect randomly and if needed, 100%, product both on and off the line. Perform and document gage R&R. Travel to customer location and perform rework and sorting as needed. Assist in gathering, documenting, and approving 1st piece/last piece. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Good Vision.
Two year degree with emphasis in statistics, math, or science
Process Technician I -
Establish all parameters for processing of all tools and jobs. Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction. Have at least 1 year of experience in Injection Molding. Report for work, clock in at scheduled time and be at work station/area on time. Trouble-shoot current process for any potential improvement. Makes recommendations during new product design to ensure the most efficiency at production time. Interfaces with Production, Engineering, Quality, customers and suppliers in order to achieve the program objectives. Housekeeping (especially tools, press purge). Responding to machine problem in prompt manner & log all processing. Ensures all processing paperwork is complete. Fill out all paperwork related to processing a machine( set-up, start-up, and machine adjustments). Have all necessary tools to perform job upon hire. Be able to lift at least 40 lbs. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Mold Setter I -
Perform mold setup as required by production scheduling in a timely manner while abiding by all current safety practices and procedures. Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction. Have at least 6 months experience in mold settting. Verify all mold bolts, clamps, water lines, knock-outs, air lines, DME, appropriate nozzle are applied and secure. Fill out all required mold change paperwork. Clean molds at the beginning of each shift. Help keep machines and plant clean. Verify all process parameters are correctly applied to press and auxiliary equipment. Remove from the press area all hand tools, hoses, lines & miscellaneous items not required. Remove any accumulated grease, oil, water and/or finger prints from the press & relative area before advising production of press readiness. Responsible for placing tool in correct storage area. Responsible for placing tool in correct storage area. Operate forklift. Operate overhead crane. Help material handler as needed (if there are no tools to set). Have all necessary tools to perform job upon hire. Help give press operators breaks as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Be able to lift 40 lbs.
Maintenance Technician I -
Perform and document machine PM as scheduled. Report for work, clock in at scheduled time and be at work station/area on time. Perform and document service work and maintenance work on all secondary (auxiliary) equipment. Perform plant and equipment electrical and plumbing requirements as needed. Perform all general plant maintenance. Perform and document tool PM as time allows. Perform any metal cutting, welding, drilling, milling as needed. Operate forklift/overhead cranes. Have all necessary tools to perform job upon hire. Able to lift 40 lbs. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Two year degree with an emphasis in mechanics, hydraulics, & electrical work
Shipping Clerk -
Generates shipments inbound and outbound. Maintain the highest quality work to continuously insure customer satisfaction. Collects all paperwork required for all shipments. Report for work, clock in at scheduled time and be at work station/area on time. Coordinate with customer service concerning shipments. Coordinate with production for all required parts. Assist with dock audit of finished product prior to shipping to customer. Assist with inventory of raw and finished goods in-house. Ensure bill of lading, packing slip and all other shipping/receiving documentation is reviewed, acknowledged and submitted to/received from the office. Responsible for tracking FIFO (First In – First Out). Other duties as assigned by Supervisor .
